If you are interested in receiving personalized programming to reach your goals, here’s how this works:

  1. Choose your program based on the description that matches your desired training plan
  2. At the bottom, you will find a PayPal dropdown menu
  3. Select the program you’ve chosen and pay through PayPal
  4. Once I receive a payment, I will contact you via the email you’ve used to pay through PayPal to discuss your training goals

I use Trainerize to create programs for you, so you can also check out my stuff there, too, as you’ll need to get their training app (iTunes or Android) to keep track of your progress. Don’t worry, it’s free! 

 

4 Week Online Program                                                   $120

  • 12-20 sessions, depending on your training level, spread out over 4 weeks.
  • Program structure and outcomes are based on the individual’s goals.
  • This program also includes email and/or instant messenger support throughout the 4 week duration as well as two, 30-minute video calls. 

 

20 Week Online Program                                                $500

  • 60-100 sessions, spread out over 20 weeks. Number of sessions depends on the goals and schedule of the individual. 
  • Program structure and outcomes are based on the individual’s goals. 
  • This program also includes email and/or instant messenger support throughout the 20 week duration as well as five, 30-minute video calls.

 

Technique Consultation                                                   $100

  • I will help you dial in your technique on any exercise(s) that you need help with!
  • We skype chat and you share videos with me
  • I give you cues and advice on variables that will help your technique; from which exercises to use to changing joint positions for better performance.
  • Each consultation is one hour.
